1. Order Concerns

For any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within a maximum of 3 working days. You can reach us via email or call, and we will address your concerns promptly.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. For remote areas, delivery may take longer. Please allow additional time for deliveries to North Eastern regions and J&K.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is a stock issue or error in order processing. We will notify you promptly if there is an issue with your order.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns are allowed within 3 days of delivery for products that are not related to personal care and hygiene. All returns must be initiated by contacting us via email or phone. Products must be unused and in original condition to qualify for return. For damaged items, please report the issue within 3 days for a return.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We will conduct a full examination upon receiving your grievance and notify you about the outcome. Refunds will also be issued for unserviceable pin codes or other logistical issues that prevent delivery.

6. Product-Specific Restrictions

Please note that returns are not accepted for products falling under the personal care and hygiene category due to safety reasons.
